Requirements:
- Working knowledge of DSLAM, DWDM and network design principles.
- Experience working with COE/OSP-FM, and / or NDS.
- Understands and implements design work packages based on Telcordia standards to include; detailed scope of work, drawings, cable run list, bill of material, as-built drawings and when required a detailed method of procedure.
- Demonstrated exceptional problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with the client, employees and management by demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills.
